Seated Flat
A
- Hands at the front of handlebars/at sides
- Don’t let elbows rest on handlebars
- Keep shoulders down and relaxed

Seated Climb
A
- Hands at front/side of handlebars
- Tilt upper half of body forwards from hip (45 degree angle)

Standing Climb
A
- Hands at front of handlebars
- Hips remain close to saddle

Jumps
A
- Beginners 8/4 revolutions
- Hands at front/side of handlebars
- Return fully into saddle at each jump

Seated Speed
A
- Hands at front/side of handlebars
- Avoid bouncing (add resistance if there is)
- No faster than 120-130rpm
