Remove the item for examination or analysis to determine whether it may be lawfully seized.

Yes - if you have found or stopped the vehicle and you have lawful authority to search the vehicle but is impracticable do so at that place, or you have reasonable grounds to believe it is necessary to move the vehicle for safekeeping. (s122)
