LOCAL MEASURES FIRST (XLA or RCT, or soft tissue incision)

FIRST LINE =
- 2x 250mg Phenoxymethylpenicillin, 4 times a day, for 5 days
- 1x 500mg Amoxicillin, 3 times a day, for 5 days
- 1x 400mg Metronidazole, 3 times a day, for 5 days

SECOND LINE =
- 1x 150mg Clindamycin, 4 times a day, for 5 days
- 1x 250mg Clarithromycin, 2 times a day, for 7 days

LOCAL MEASURES = use a spacer device with steroid inhaler and rinse mouth with water

FIRST LINE =
- 1x 50mg Fluconazole, 1 time a day, for 7 days
- Topical Miconazole
- Topical Nystatin = 1ml, 4 times a day, for 7 days
