What the Scrum priciple “Empirical process control” is about
Focus on observation and how the work is being done, not the detail planning. Address transparency, inspection and adaptation diring the process to reach customer’s needs, including change request.
What the Scrum priciple “Self-organization” is about
Enable all roles to take greater responsibility & motivate themselves. Ex: Scrum Master works as a coach, facilitator and team protector and motivator to coordinate between prodoct owner and the Scrum team.
What the Scrum priciple “Collaboration” is about
Plan and define the ways for teams to work together, for example, co-location, face-to-face, online conference, interferent factors evaluation and other issues, need for clearification, risk identification, mitigation, level of understanding the work? This is about the details of how to work together.
What the Scrum priciple “Value based prioritization” is about
Product owner prioritize requirement with product backlog. By prioritizing user story, the development focus what to do to move the current status & improve further. So that the development achieve business value and lower risk and dependency from various perspectives.
What the Scrum priciple “Time-boxing” is about
The most important resource. Use sprint (everyday) and other kind of meetings to increase efficiency and achive the result. The result should be 0 defects or risk. Product owner is responsible to accept or reject the result.
A sprint could be 1-6 weeks.Sprint meeting incls. Sprint planning meeting, sprint review meeting
What the Scrum priciple “Iterative Development” is about
Help to enable work along the change, i.e., deprioritize user stories or add new things. If new requirement comes in, sprint planning and risk evaluation should be added.
