abscess
An abscess is a bacterial infection of the skin with underlying pus accumulation. Abscesses, similarly to cellulitis, are often surrounded by redness, warmth, and induration due to inflammation. What sets abscesses apart from cellulitis, is that abscess are fluctuant.

irritation of the ribs causing CP worsened by pressing on the sternum
