What is a proton pump inhibitors mechanism of action?
Act by irreversibly blocking the hydrogen/potassium adenosine triphosphatase enzyme system of the gastric parietal cells
What is ACE inhibitors mechanism of action?
Inhibit the activity of angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE)- acts as a vasodilator
