- Clinical symptoms of focal weakness with spell = 2 or speech impairment without weakness = 1
- Duration >60mins = 2
- Diabetes = 1
What are the SIRS criteria?
- Temperature over 38 or <36
- Respiration >20
- HR > 90
- White cell count <4 or >12
- BGL >7.7
- New altered mental state
