A

Create WBS
Creating a work breakdown structure is done using a technique called decomposition. It is basically the process of subdividing project deliverables and project work into smaller and more manageable components.
It is a system for subdividing a project into manageable work packages, components or elements to provide a common framework for Scope/Cost/Schedule communications, allocation of responsibility monitoring and management.

Q

What leads to Scope creep?

A

Scope creep basically refers to continuous uncontrolled changes in project scope. Scope creep may happen at any point after the project begins.

The main reason that scope creep occurs is when the scope of the project is not properly defined or documented or controlled right. Therefore, we can conclude that if scope management is properly planned and controlled then it is easy to prevent scope creep.
