What are the 6 sections of a scientific report?

  1. Abstract
    → summary that includes all major elements ( apfcc)
  2. Introduction
    → literature review ( relevant theories, concepts and studies)
  3. Method
    → detailed enough so others can replicate (design, sample, materials, procedure and ethics )
  4. Results
    → summary of key findings ( descriptive statistics, inferential statistics and raw data + calculations)
  5. Discussion
    → evaluating the outcome ( real world implications + limitations )
  6. Referencing
