- Formulate a question
- Research the question
- Form a hypothesis
- Design a controlled experiment which identifies sources of experimental errors
- Analyze data
- Draw Conclusions

Variables
A
- Independent Variable = The factor you are testing (the thing you change )
- Dependent variable: The factor being affected/measured (the thing you measure )
- Controlled variables: Things that stay the same between all experimental samples.
Control Group: A test that is not exposed to the IV and can be compared to the test
groups.
