Freedom of religion, speech, press, assembly. Petition.(and to petition the government for a redress of grievances)
The freedom to partition includes the right to gather signatures in support of a cause and to lobby legislative bodies for or against legislative. (the power to make laws)
4th Amendment
Protection from unreasonable search and seizure, probable cause.(reasonable grounds for making a search, pressing a charge, etc….)
14th Amendment

Establishment clause
The First Amendment Establishment Clause prohibits(stop) the government from making any law “respecting an establishment of religion.” This clause not only forbids the government from establishing an official (approved by the government or by someone in authority) religion, but also stops government actions that unduly favor one religion over another.
