Delusions -believing things that are true people can have delusions of grandeur where they believe they are more important then they are or paranoia where they believe someone is out to get them
Language impairments -irrelevant and incoherent speech they may also repeat sounds others say and speak nonsense and speech poverty (limited replies)

Avoltion - lack of drive , motivation or interest in achieving goals
