-colour/ circulation - Catastrophic haemorrhage
-look for signs of haemorrhage - Patients response (AVPU)

5.Airway
-check clear by looking in mouth
-head tilt chin lift - Breathing and circulation (10 secs)
-look for chest movement
-feel for breath
-find carotid pulse - If breathing put in recovery position (Halo)

-open airway by tilting chin
