Q

Treatment choices?

A

Mobs – AP and longlitudinal caudad to decrease stiffness at joint and decrease pain. Grade III for 3 X 30 secs.

Strengthening exercises to the anterior deltoids and trapezius muscles as these are stabililzers of the AC joint.
Excercises to the glenohumeral joint to increase ROM as initial treatment is conservative e.g. ice and immobilization so joint could be stiff.
