Anterior ( costal ) surface, it has subscapular fossa

Accomion: extension of the spine of the scapulae,from posterior surface, connected to lateral end of the clavicle.
Coracoid process: anterior surface of the scapulae, inferior to the lateral on third of the clavicle

Greater scapular notch( spinoglenoid notch)
Supra scapular notch

The region between the lateral angle of the scapulae and the attachement of the spine to the posterior surface of the scapulae
