ECOG Performance Scale
0: Fully active
1: No strenuous activity
2: Ambulatory, unable to work
3: Limited self-care
4: completely disabled, bed-ridden
TNM Classifications
T: Tumor size and extent
N: Lymph node involvement
M: Metastasis
NCI Common Terminology Criteria for Adverse Events
Each AE is graded on a 5 point scale
Grade 1 Mild or asymptomatic
Grade 2 Moderate
Grade 3 Severe or medically significant; limiting self care
Grade 4 Life-threatening consequences; urgent
Grade 5 Death related to AE
Kanofsky Performance Scale
Used to assess cancer patient’s ability to perform daily activities and overall functional status
Ranges from 0 (death) - 100 (no sx)
