SD Elevated/ADducted ART

Lift up head rest, place hands over the SC joint tell patient to breath and as they exhale provide a inferior force rythmically

Question 2

SC Elevated/Adducted MET

P: Supine
Lay affected arm of off the table and place that arm into extension as patient flexed while you monitor at the SC joint on ipsilateral side

Question 3

SC Horizontal Extension SD MET

Answer 3

Horizontal so Patient will ““Hold On”
P: Supine
Side effected grab on to the doctors shoulder while doctor monitors SC joint with cephalad hand and caudad behind the scapula to support it as patient is instructed to pull down as the doctors pulls up with traction

SC ART Tech

P: Supine
Work on Contrlateral side
Patient reaches and hold opposite arm by their side, Dr. Places hand into arm pit of this arm that has crossed over. Other hand will then use the hypothenar emenice to push posteriorly, inferiorly, and laterally

AC Joint ART “Clavicle Superior diagonisis”

P: Supine
With ipsilateral side Doctor places patients arm into flexion as they monitor with finger pads at the AC joint with enough force in a caudad direction to gap the joint
