Patient Seat/supine

Grasp foot on Plantar aspect with thumbs crossed on bottom, lifting foot off the table dorsiflex with inversion

Talus Eversion with anteromedial Glide

A

Patient seated feet off of table
Grasp caudad hand on back of calcaneus and grasp talus and dorum with cephalad hand and maintain inversion and eversion as you make a figure 8 with their foot

Cephalad hand with ankle and Lateral Malleolar and other over dorsum of the foot
Bring into Plantarflexion RB and have them dorsiflex

A

P: Prone
Stabilize foot by wraping hands around calcaneous and engage plantar flexed RB
Thumb of lateral hand posterior aspect of distal fibula w/ other thumb on top engage

A

P: Supine
Stabilize foot by placing medial hand on anterior aspect of the tibia
Thumb of lateral hand posterior aspect of distal fibula w/ other thumb on top engage push it anteriorly
