Q

The problem with FRTP is

A

it has been treated with a chemical that is designed to decompose the plywood faster and render it less flammable when exposed to very high temperatures, such as those found in structural fires. However a significant amount of plywood has been treated with chemicals that initiates the decomposition at temperatures much lower than intended. The process is faster in the presence of heat and high humidity
