Aging Requirements Vermentino di Gallura DOCG?

A

Vermentino di Gallura / Superiore / Vendemmia Tardiva: Wines may not be released until January 15 of the year following the harvest.
Passito: Wines may not be released until May 1 of the year following the harvest.
Frizzante / Spumante (Autoclave): Wines may be released on December 1 of the year of harvest.
Spumante Metodo Classico: Wines must age on the lees for a minimum 9 months prior to disgorgement and release.

Bianco: wine may not be released before March 1 of the year following the harvest.

Aging Requirements Vernaccia di Oristano DOC?

A

Bianco: wines require a minimum 2 year aging in oak or chestnut casks from March 31 of the year following the harvest.
Liquroso: wines require a minimum 2 year aging in oak or chestnut casks from date of fortification.
Superiore: wines require a minimum 3 years of aging.
Riserva: wines require a minimum 4 years of aging.
Additional Requirements:
Riserva/Superiore: grapes require a minimum 15% potential alcohol at harvest.
Bianco/Liquoroso: grapes require a minimum of 14% potential alcohol at harvest.
Liquoroso: wine is to be fortified after fermentation and at the time of the first racking.
