Riserva: wines require a minimum 4 years of aging.
Additional Requirements:
Riserva/Superiore: grapes require a minimum 15% potential alcohol at harvest.
Bianco/Liquoroso: grapes require a minimum of 14% potential alcohol at harvest.
Liquoroso: wine is to be fortified after fermentation and at the time of the first racking.
