Lofgrens Syndrome
A
Sarcoidosis with fever, erythema nodosum, and arthralgias
CXR show bilateral Lymphadenopathy
Iritis and Facial Palsy are less common but can occur
Prognosis is Good, usually spontaneously resolve
ACE is normal
