Serum ACE - raised
Ca2+ - raised
CXR - BHL + pulmonary infiltrates/fibrosis

A

Specific presentation of sarcoidosis

Triad of:
Erythema nodosum
Bilateral hilar lymphadenopathy
Polyarthralgia

A

Histology from biopsy via bronchoscopy - non-caseating granuloma with epitheloid cells

Management of sarcoidosis?

A

No/mild symptoms = no treatment as will resolve spontaneously

Moderate/severe symptoms = steroids
