Eg) all parties receive a fair and unbiased hearing, the right to silence and legislation.
Equality:
To be treated with the same status, rights, and opportunities.
eg) with young offenders there are juvenile justice system
Access:
All have the means or opportunity to access the legal system and attain dispute settlement.
eg) Access to obtain legal advice in a language that’s understandable
