SOIC2) Why did Jesus come into the world?
The mission of the first coming of Jesus was to give himself as a blood sacrifice offering to save sinners.
This is a faithful saying, and worthy of all acceptance that Christ Jesus came into the world to.save sinners.
1 Timothy 1:15
Thou shalt call his name Jesus: for he shall save his people from their sins

SOIC3) How did Jesus provide his gift of salvation to those that receive him?
Jesus took our sin and died on the cross to pay the penalty of eternal death we owe for our sin. In exchange he gives us his righteousness and eternal life.
But Hewaswounded for our transgressions,
He wasbruised for our iniquities;
The chastisement for our peacewasupon Him,
And by His stripes we are healed.
ISAIAH 53:5
For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of GOD in him.
