Relieva Ultirra Sinus Balloon Catheter
• The Relieva Ultirra Sinus Balloon Catheter dilates the sinus ostia and spaces within the sinus cavities and provides sinus irrigation.
• Ultirra consists of:
o Non-compliant balloon that reaches its stated size at 8atm and maximum inflation at 12atm
o Yellow green endoscopic marker indicating the proximal edge of the balloon
o Two white endoscopic markers 1cm and 2cm from the proximal edge of the balloon
o White shaft markers indicating the location of the balloon within the guide catheter
o Strain relief indicates balloon size. Balloon sizes are:
5, 6, and 7mm x 16mm

Acclarent Balloon Inflation Device
• The Acclarent Balloon Inflation Device (BID) is used to inflate, deflate, and monitor pressure in balloon catheters used in sinus, eustachian tube and airway procedures.
• The BID consists of:
o Pressure gauge marked in 2 atmosphere increments
o Syringe barrel with white markings that indicate fluid volume
o Lock lever that engages or disengages the piston handle
o Piston handle that aspirates fluid into the barrel and inflates the balloon
Acclarent SE Inflation Device
• The Acclarent SE Inflation Device (SEID) is used to inflate, deflate, and monitor pressure in balloon catheters used in sinus and eustachian tube procedures.
• The SEID consists of:
o Pressure gauge marked in 2 atmosphere increments
o Clear barrel with markings indicating fill line, fill markers, and vacuum lines
o Knob that aspirates fluid into the barrel and inflates the sinus balloon
o Unlock Button that unlocks and locks the knob
Relieva Luma Sentry Sinus Illumination System
• The Relieva Luma Sentry Sinus Illumination System is used to access the target sinus and provide transcutaneous illumination to confirm access.
• The Luma Sentry System:
o Disposable
o 100cm long
o 0.035” in diameter
o 20 degree shaped distal tip
o Light lens that doesn’t exceed body temperature
o Black markers, spaced 5cm apart, to indicate the distance the distal tip extends beyond the guide catheter tip
• The Luma Sentry System includes:
o Removable connector

x• The Relieva Spin Plus Balloon Sinuplasty System is intended to: access, transilluminate, dilate, and irrigate a target sinus.
• For Children 17 and under: The Relieva Spin Plus Balloon Sinuplasty System is intended to: access, transilluminate, dilate and irrigate the maxillary sinus.
• Spin Plus System consists of:
o Sinus Guide Catheter Tips for Sphenoid, Maxillary, and Frontal
o Purple Guide Tip Release Button to exchange and reorient the Guide Catheter

Inspira AIR Balloon Dilation System
• The Inspira AIR Balloon Dilation System is used to dilate strictures of the airway tree (trachea and main stem bronchi).
• Inspira consists of:
o Non-compliant balloon that reaches its stated size at 5atm with maximum inflation pressure dependent on balloon selected
o Strain relief indicating balloon size. Balloon sizes are:
5, 7, 8.5mm x 24mm
10, 12, 14, 16mm x 40mm
o Side port for the Acclarent Inflation Device
o In-line port dedicated to the Airway Stylet
o Airway Stylet is optional, made of stainless steel core wire and contains an atraumatic tip

- Relieva Scout Multi-Sinus Dilation System (SMS) is intended to provide a means to access the sinus space and to dilate the sinus ostia and spaces associated with the sphenoid, frontal, and maxillary sinus cavities in patients 18yrs and older.
- SMS consists of two portions:
• SMS Handle:
o Low-profile rail with black marker bands 1cm and 2cm from the ball tip
o Gray collar with white collar stop for sinus selection
o Gray wire slider advances/retracts the sinus illumination wire
o Purple Balloon Slider advances/retracts the balloon
o Non-compliant 6mm x 24mm balloon reaches its stated size at 8atm and maximum inflation at 12atm
o Yellow-green endoscopic marker indicates the proximal edge of the balloon
o Two white endoscopic markers 1cm and 2cm from the proximal edge of the balloon
o Balloon Catheter can be inflated on the rail or sinus illumination system
o Clear luer connector attaches to the Acclarent Inflation Device
o Purple sinus illumination system luer for light guide attachment

Acclarent AERA® Eustachian Tube Balloon Dilation System
- The Acclarent AERA Eustachian Tube Balloon Dilation System is intended to dilate the Eustachian tube for treatment of persistent Eustachian tube dysfunction in adults age 18 and older.
- The AERA System consists of two portions:
• The Acclarent AERA Eustachian Tube Balloon Catheter:
o 2mm distal atraumatic bulb tip
o Non-compliant 6mm x 16mm balloon that reaches maximum inflation at 12atm with recommended inflation time of 2 minutes
o Shaft and endoscopic markers to aid in balloon placement
o Actuator for advancing/retracting balloon catheter
o Proximal vent cap and inflation port
• The Acclarent AERA Eustachian Tube Guide Catheter:
o 55 degree angled tip
o Rigid shaft
o Proximal hub
