INDICATION
A
- acute asthma where own intervention failed
- respiratory wheeze
- exacerbation of COPD
- shortness of breath due to LVF

CONTRAINDICATIONS

- N/A

CAUTIONS
A
- hypotension
- angina
- overactive thyroid
- late pregnancy (can induce labour)
- LIMIT TO 6 MINS IN COPD PATIENTS

A
- tremor
- tatchycardia
- palpatations
- headache
- muscle cramp
- rash

A
- NEB with 6-8 litres o2
- limit to 6 mins with COPD
- 5mg
