Hawaiian Chopped Peach Salad
Grilled green and red cabbage, sun gold cherry tomatoes, peaches, scallions, baby spinach, bulgur wheat, herbs and tossed with a pineapple vinaigrette.
Note: The fresh fruit in this salad will change depending on the season but everything else should stay the same.
Tahitian Garden
Red oak lettuce, green oak lettuce, baby gem, Persian cucumbers, mangos, jicama, avocado, sugar snap peas, mint leaves and basil served with a Tahitian green goddess vinaigrette and topped with chopped pistachios.
Black Cod & Quinoa Bowl
Miso marinated roasted Black Cod served with shiitake mushrooms, pea and brown butter sauce.
Tahitian BBQ Chicken and Salad
Crispy 1/2 rocky farms brick chicken served with a Tahitian spiced coconut glaze and mixed green salad.
