Founded in 1903, the Saiya Brewery is one of the most award-winning breweries at the Japanese National Sake Competition. This sake is easy to drink with notes of mango, strawberry, and tropical fruits (pineapple) with a crispy and smooth finish. This finish is attributed to being milled to Junmai-Daiginjo status.

This is one of our hot sake options. Its from a brewery that has been around since the Edo period of Japan. The sake itself has a deep, round flavor with notes of cedar, sweet rice, apricot, and caramel. It is made using the traditional Kimoto method that produces the best yeast.

Kinoko translates to “mushroom” and represents Kuramoto Touda-san’s love for mushrooms and being a self proclaimed fungi investigator. This sake has aromas of dried porcini with notes of orange peel, mulling spice and caramel. Coffee, nuts & earthy notes on the finish.
