- Do not move victim unless in danger
- Cover and send for medical help

- Anyone who feels faint should sit down and move forward
- if someone has already fainted they should remain lying down
- If person fails to regain consciousness after two minutes call medical help

- Apply cold to injured area for 30 mins
- Dry and wrap in bandage
- If in doubt treat as fracture

- If swallowed bring patient to hospital
- Bring the container the substance was in
- If poison is corrosive do not induce vomiting
