Bilateral sacral flexion
Patient prone, physician on side w/ dominant eye closest to patient, push on bilateral ILA’s, augment extension during inhalation, resist flexion during exhalation
Unilateral sacral flexion
Patient prone, abduct ipsilateral leg, apply pressure to contralateral ILA
Bilateral sacral extension
Patient prone, hand on SI joint, abduct/externally rotate legs, patient gets into sphinx position, augment flexion with exhalation, resist extension with inhalation
Unilateral sacral extension
Patient prone, hand on contralateral sacral base, abduct ipsilateral leg and externally rotated it, patient gets into sphinx position, augment flexion with exhalation, resist extension with inhalation
L/L torsion
Axis on table, patient turned towards table and grasping it, both feet off table, push feet towards floor as patient pulls up
R/R torsion
Axis on table, patient facing table and grasping it, both feet off table, push feet towards floor as patient pushes upward
L/R torsion
Axis on table. Patient rotates away from physician, top leg off the table while bottom one on table, push foot towards floor as patient pulls up
R/L torsion
Axis on table, patient rotates away from physician, top leg off table and bottom leg on table, push foot towards the floor while the patient pulls up
