A

The manager tells the staff what the decision is, no input from the employee and involves one way communication. Employees ideas cannot be heard, but decisions are made quickly.

A

Manager still makes the decision but sells the idea to the employees. One way communication and employees are given some reason as to why the decision is being made.

Real corporate culture is what the culture actually is inside of the business. It is how the employees treat each other in conversation, dress etc. The official and real corporate cultures are not always the same.
