- What will you do if your program is not going as anticipated
- Consider what could go wrong and how you can address it (plan ahead, will you require special resources or equipment, have them prepared and ready)
Evaluation
- How will you evaluate your program,
- who will you gain feedback from and how
- Have questions on hand and ready to use at the end of your program
- Consider how you will use this feedback to make improvements
Contingency plan definition
An alternative approach to something in the event that the original plan doesn’t work as predicted.
