Describe the TREND
- Maximum value
- Minimum value
- General trend: (E.g. There is an increase/ decrease in precipitation OVER THE 12 months)
IDENTIFY and DESCRIBE

LORMS > Explain/ With reference to examples, explain ( >4 marks)
Steps:
- Find if specific place/ location needed
- State strategies/ points (Number of points asked)
- Write Introduction (List down in a full sentence)
- Point (The first… is …)
- Evidence (Location, if not specific write it)
- Elaborate (Explain fully, pros and cons not required unless told by the question)
- Link (Hence, ___ / and ___ helps to .. )
Follow the same guideline for second point.
END: Conclusion > Therefore, ___ and ___ helps to…
Evaluate the effectiveness (> 4 marks)
Steps:
- Point
- Evidence (The first strategy is practised at, be specific)
- Elaborate, Include Effectiveness (Pros and Cons)
Example: It helps to… // However it is (Expensive, hence may not be feasible in less developed countries, etc)
- Link (Hence ….)
