A
- can occur weeks to months after decannulation
- cause: mucosal necrosis and scarring
- Sx: SOB, wheeze, stridor, inability to clear secretions
- CXR: narrow trachea
- Tx: O2, racemic epi neb, steroids, heliox, referral for rigid bronchoscope and laser
