- 2 drugs: tenofovir plus lamivudine
- 3 drugs: add lopinavir/ritonavir combo

- rubeola (measles), TB, varicella
- transmitted by airborne droplet nuclei
- place in negative pressure room with 6-12 air changes per hour

A
- dz tranmitted by large particle droplets from talking, sneezing, coughing
- door to room may remain open
- N95 masks
- H flu, neisseria meningitidis, diphtheria, mycoplasma, pertussic, plague, strep pharyngitis, scarlet fever, adenovirus, influenza, mumps, parvovirus, rubella

A
- dz transmitted by direct contact
- c diff, e coli, shigella, HAV, rotavirus, RSV, parainfluenza, diphtheria, HSV, impetigo, scabies, staph furunculosis, zoster, viral hemorrhagic infections
- gloves, hand washing, gown
