A
- strychnine poisoning
- dystonic rxn
- hypocalcemic tetany
- NMS
- serotonin syndrome
- peritonsillar abscess
- meningeal irritation

Tetanus Tx
A
- hTIG
- debride and clean wound
- Abx: flagyl
- muscle relaxants (benzos)
- may need to give paralytics
- MgSO4 for autonomic dysfuction (reduces catecholamine secretion)
- esmolol carefully (no long acting BB)
- Tdap
