when can a marriage be annulled regarding venereal disease
A marriage of CP may be annulled on the ground that the respondent had a communicable venereal disease at the time of marriage.
What will constitute a general disease
Not clear what is includes, whether only serious infections such as HIV are included, or all sexually transmitted diseases.

Ground may be relied upon in the first three years of marriage.

The ground must be relied upon with three years of the ceremony, and that party must have been ignorant that the respondent was pregnant by another at the time of the ceremony.

This ground is not applicable to a woman who finds out another woman is carrying her husband’s child.
