what to do
Sit on floor with knees bent and feet lifted off floor at an angle. keep torso straight. Hold a weight in both hands twist torso to one side, bringing weight towards floor next to hip. Rotate to the other side, bringing the weight across your body to your other hip. Continue to alternate sides in a controlled motion. Engage core.

Keep back straight throughout the movement to avoid strain, focus on controlled slow movements to prevent injury. This exercise increase core strength, improves posture and develops abiloity to rotate torso effectively
how does it help me in my sport
It strengthens my core, which is important for balance, maintaining control during fast direction changes and stabilization during jumps and landings.
Will also help me improve my defensive and shooting posture as i’ll have a more stable base
