1 ½ oz BMD Ragged Mountain Rum ½ oz Arkansas Black Apple Brandy ¼ oz Averna ¼ oz Amontillado Sherry ¼ oz maple syrup Stir, strain to small coupe, no garnish

1 oz Avua Amburana Cachaça 1 oz Banks 5 Island Rum ¾ oz grapefruit/lime cordial ¾ oz lemon 2 ds cucumber bitters Shake, strain to large coupe, cucumber garnish

¾ oz Kalani coconut rum
¾ oz pineapple syrup
¾ oz lime juice
Build in mixing glass, add ice, shake, strain into small coupe.
Lime wheel folded around a cherry garnish.

1 ½ oz Barbancourt rum ½ oz Old Monk rum ¼ oz demerara syrup ¼ oz Luxardo maraschino liqueur Absinthe rinse
Build all ingredients except for absinthe in mixing glass, add ice, stir, strain into absinthe rinsed lowball over large ice cube.
