1 oz cava

Shake, strain to large coupe, top with cava, lime wheel garnish

1⁄2 oz Apry
1⁄2 oz lemon
1⁄2 oz vanilla
1 bsp orange marmalade

Shake, small coupe, orange peel

1 1⁄2 oz St. George aged Dry Rye Gin
1 1⁄2 oz cacao nib infused Cinzano
1 bsp Nardini Amaro

Stir, small coupe, no garnish

1 1⁄2 oz passion fruit purée
1 1⁄2 oz honey syrup

Shake with crushed ice, dump to copper pineapple, add more crushed ice, place 2
pansies for garnish and insert 2 colored straws

**NOTE if a guest asks for a single, use New Amsterdam Vodka

2 oz Ransom Old Tom
.5 Oz Cacao Nib Vermouth
1/4 oz giffard banana
1/4 oz vanilla syrup
2 dashes rhubarb bitters
stir, strain into coupe, no garnish.

Clair de Lune

1 ½ oz Beefeater
1 oz lavender honey
½ oz lemon juice
Build in lowball, add ice and integration shake, add more ice if necessary and top with tonic. Garnish with lavender and lemon wheel.
