FIRST REQUISITE

Answer 1

The right to relief sought to be enforced by or against the plaintiffs or defendants must be in respect with or arise out of the same transaction or series of transactions; and

SECOND REQUISITE

Answer 2

The question of law or fact arising in the action must be common to all such plaintiffs or to all such defendants.
