When can you pass on the left side of a vehicle?
If you can do so without endangering yourself or other traffic and the vehicle you are overtaking is turning to its right/is indicating right, and you must give visible signals

When approaching:
-The summit of a rise
-A curve
-Any place where the view ahead is not visible unless:
+the driver can do so without cutting into the right side
+or the road is the road is not for vehicles moving in the same direction
What should you do when you see other traffic passing in the same direction and intending to pass you?
Drive as near to the left as possible without endangering anyone/thing
Do not increase your speed until the other vehicle has passed
What is the number one rule for driving on a freeway?
Keep left, overtake right
