What is the RSI dose of Ketamine?
1.5-2 mg/kg IV/IO, may repeat x1
What is the RSI dose of Succinylcholine?
1.5 mg/kg IV/IO
What is the RSI dose of Rocuronium?
1 mg/kg IV/IO, may repeat x1
What is the RSI dose of Fentanyl?
50-75 mcg IV/IO.
Repeat 25-50 mcg every 5 minutes to max of 500 mcg.
What is the RSI dose of Morphine?
4 mg IV/IO.
Repeat 2 mg every 5 minutes as needed to max of 10 mg.
What is the RSI dose of Versed?
2-2.5 mg
Repeat every 3-5 minutes as needed to max of 10 mg.
What is the RSI dose of Vecuronium?
10 mg (0.1 mg/kg IV/IO) if needed for patient movement.
What are the contraindications for Etomidate?
Sepsis, Hypotension, Respiratory Distress
What are the contraindications for Ketamine?
Severe Hypertension
What are the contraindications for Succinylcholine?
Hyperkalemia, Burns > 24 hours old, Ocular Surgery, Penetrating Eye Injury, Closed Angle Glaucoma, Hx of Malignant Hyperthermia, Degeneration Syndrome.
What are the contraindications for Rocuronium?
None.
What are the contraindications of Fentanyl?
Hypersensitivity.
What are the precautions of Fentanyl?
Avoid if SBP
What are the contraindications of Morphine?
Hypersensitivity, Hypotension, Bradycardia.
What are the contraindications of Midazolam?
Hypersensitivity, Acute Alcohol Intoxication.
