Q

Too Little, Too Late

A

Created by Cear Ferguson and Justin Lavenue
Inspired by the Jasmin Panna Cotta dessert at Sway on South 1st street

Name is inspired by the idea of being on “Tulum Time” since time doesn’t seem to matter as much when you’re on a Mexican beach. Also ironically, the last drink on the menu.

Q

Butterbean

A

Created by Dennis Gobis

Named after Eric Esch aka “Butterbean” who is an American former pro boxer/kickboxer/MMA/pro wrestler who competed in the heavyweight division. It is named after him due to the drinks short and squatty appearance, the fact that it contains butter powder, coffee bean, and tonka bean and it packs a punch

Death Valley

A

Created by Justin Lavenue
Name is based off the fact that it is a riff on a Death in the Afternoon (absinthe, champagne, lemon peel) and that absinthe originated in the Val-de-Travers region (canton) of Nehchatel, in western Switzerland in the late 1700s
