- Must be with a person that has held a license for 2 years
- Must have L plates
- Must be able to show license When asked
What are the 3 conditions for restricted?
- While driving between 10pm and 5am must be accompanied by a supervisor
- Can only carry passengers if accompanied by a supervisor or their spouse/ co dependents
- Must carry license
How long does a restricted or learner license have before it expires?
5 years
