A
  • Power to enforce provisions of specific transport legislation.
  • DIRECT a person on road to give identity details
  • INSPECT, test, examine any part of vehicle or docs
  • MOVE the vehicle causing obstruction
  • DIRECT the vehicle to be moved causing obstruction
  • FORBID unlicenced driver to drive
  • FORBID transport operator not to drive
  • DIRECT person using vehicle/riding animal to stop or pedestrian

POL 555 PINK = UNSAFE not in a safe condition to be driven on a road eg illegal modifications/structural rust.
