What is the penalty for inconsiderate/careless driving (S37)?
$3000 fine, maybe disqualification
What is the penalty for dangerous/reckless driving (S35)?
$4500 fine AND 6 months disqualification
Describe inconsiderate driving.
Includes inattention or thoughtless acts or omissions as well as deliberate ones, which is inconsiderate to other road users
Describe Careless driving.
Falling below driving standards of a reasonable prudent motorist.
Describe dangerous driving.
Driving in a manner or speed which was or might have been dangerous to anyone.
Describe reckless driving.
Knowingly disregarding ones duty as a driver.
Deliberately running an unjustifiable risk of injury or collision.

No, S114 does. You can only request details from someone as per S113 if they have offended against something in 113

What does FARMED (S121) stand for?
Forbid to drive, All keys surrendered, Render vehicle immobile, Move vehicle, EBA offenders forbidden to drive for 12 hours, Direct person to drive to a particular place to rest
