After ROSC is achieved what are the aims of treatment?

• Primary aims:
  - support circulation
  - maintain cerebral perfusion 
  - manage cardiac dysrhythmias 
• Determine & manage cause of arrest 
  - 5Hs, 4Ts
• 12-lead
• Tx to pPCI facility if cardiac aetiology 

• SpO2 ≥ 94%, EtCO2 30-40mmHg OR ventilate 8-12/min , SBP ≥ 100 adults & ≥ 80 paed
