Be aware of the fee basis for any given instructions, and the amount of time that they are expected to need for the task at hand.

Provide strategic input and direction.
Ensure that work in progress is being managed, and that the key financial metrics relating to turnover, profit and lock-up are in line with expectations, and director accountabilities.

Liaise with the client on day to day matters.
Coordinate all others involved.
Takes responsibility for invoicing the client.
