Robbery F4
Taking anything of value from a person by use of force, threats, or intimidation
Aggravated Robbery F3
Armed with a deadly weapon if resisted intends to kill, maim or wound knowingly puts the victim in fear of death or bodily injury Has a confederate aiding or abetting the robbery and does any of the above, or Simulates a weapon or makes any statement that causes the victim to believe he is armed
Aggravated Robbery of Controlled Substances F2
Takes any controlled substance as defined in CRS 12-22-303(7) From any pharmacy or other place having lawful possession; or From any pharmacist or other person having lawful possession

First Degree Murder (F1)
Intentionally causes the death of another person after deliberation

Felony Murder Rule
offender while committing or attempting to commit arson, robbery, burglary, kidnapping, sexual assault, sexual assault on a child, or the crime of escape, and during course of the crime or immediate flight therefrom anyone caused the death of another person, other than one of the participants
Perjury
Offender, by perjury or subornation (got another to commit perjury) of perjury he procures the conviction and execution of any innocent person.
Extreme Indifference to the Value of Human Life
Offender under circumstances evidencing an attitude of universal malice manifesting extreme indifference to the value of human life
knowingly engaged in conduct which created a grave risk of death to persons other than himself
Death Caused by Drugs Sold to Minors Upon/Near School Grounds
offender, knowingly distributed/ dispensed/ sold a controlled substance
to a person under 18 upon or within 1000 feet of public or private elementary/ vocational/ junior high/ high school and the death of such person was caused by the use of the
controlled substance
Death of a Child Under 12 by One in a Position of Trust
offender, knowingly caused death of a person under 12 and, offender was one in a position of trust
Second Degree Murder (F2)
offender, knowingly caused the death of another
voluntary intoxication not a defense
2ndDM Heat of Passion (F3)
offender, knowingly caused death of another where act of death was performed under a sudden heat of passion and was, caused by a highly provoking act of the intended victim which affected offender sufficiently to excite an irresistible passion in a reasonable person and there was no interval between the provocation and humanity to be heard
Manslaughter
offender, recklessly (consciously disregarding a substantial risk)caused the death of another
Suicide
offender, intentionally caused or aided another person to commit suicide
“medical directives” do not apply to the suicide provision
Criminally Negligent Homicide (Accidental)
offender killed another person by conduct amounting to criminal negligence (failure to perceive a risk)
gross deviation from the reasonable care standard
